Server Maintenance - Thursday 18th August 2016
15:21 on 17th Aug
We will be performing some maintenance on the servers starting at 10:00am BST on Thursday 18th August.
The maintenance will take several hours to complete.
The service will remain available during maintenance, but there may be a few brief periods where connections to the servers fail. These should only last a few seconds whilst services are stopped on one server and started on another.

We have had reports from a number of users that a small number of webmail accounts have been behaving unexpectedly, with symptoms including:
- Attachments not being sent.

- Preferences/Options not saving.
We are happy to report that these issues have now been addressed and fixed and all webmail accounts should now function as expected.
If you are still encountering any of the above issues with your webmail account then please contact email@example.com with a description of the issue.
